In 2018, we edited and designed Embedding a Pasifika Perspective: Guidelines for Careers New Zealand’s Work and Project Lumana’i: A Summary of Research to Inform Design and Delivery of Career Resources for Pasifika with Bolster Design. This research and these guidelines scaffold Careers New Zealand staff, supporting them to incorporate Pacific perspectives into their work. The resources feature portraits of Pacific people, conveying their perspectives to the people who work for Careers New Zealand.
