The Training Practice and Lift have worked together in creating and delivering multiple transformational training resources and experiences. Together we delivered three leadership development programmes for ACC.
The Training Practice designed and delivered the programmes, while Lift Education developed pre- and post-workshop online modules to support the face-to-face experience. Special focus was made to weave through the values of whakawhanaungatanga, manaakitanga, and kotahitanga. We also produced video interviews with ACC leaders, to provide valuable real-world insights into individual leadership journeys.
An important feature of our Rise modules is the use of conversational te reo Māori throughout. This is one of our small contributions to creating inclusive learning spaces online and normalising the use of reo in Aotearoa New Zealand.
