As part of our ongoing working relationship with the New Zealand Mountain Safety Council (MSC), Lift created a set of printed guides on popular outdoor activities in Aotearoa New Zealand. We then converted these guides into fully responsive digital publications that let users access important safety and planning information whenever and wherever they need it. Built in Articulate Rise, the guides adapt to display content perfectly for each user’s device.
Each guide takes users through the five essential steps to planning a safe trip. They use a wide variety of interactive features and finish with a scenario-based experience, so users will know: Am I ready? This information helps people enjoy the wide range of walking and tramping experiences that Aotearoa New Zealand has to offer, while staying safe.
MSC works tirelessly and creatively to encourage New Zealanders to safely enjoy the wonder and beauty of our outdoor spaces. We support them in this endeavour through creating engaging safety resources to get their message out and share their knowledge.
Since 2009, we have published over 20 books, manuals, course materials, guides, and DVDs for the MSC. We are proud to remain their publishing partner as they move into the digital space, transforming their materials into flawless digital publications.
